- Looking for candidates with strong exp in HR outsourcing role.   - Someone who has worked on the shared service practice.   - He / She should be on the function side. Must have handled outsourcing projects.   - We don't need HR Consulting people.  Candidates should have experience of interacting with clients for mapping and documenting of their HR processes using tools viz. visio, etc . Additional experience of working with HR softwares lke SAP, peoplesoft, etc is an advantage.   Experience range is 4 to 11 years.
