The candidate should have :
- Project life cycle experience from HR strategy development through implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services, and HR process design.
- Sales and project delivery experience in a consulting team-based environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in developing people and building a practice.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- Strong HR process and enabling technology experience.
Experienced in :
- HR Transformation
- HR strategy / High impact operating model.
- Experience in business case / assessment of human capital organization.
- HR shared services / outsourcing vendors.
- Benefits experience / M&A / Work force management.
- Need to have in depth experience of 4 - 9 yrs.
