The position is based in the Financial Services vertical of a Large consulting firm.

Qualification:
- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) - Only Premier Business Schools (IIM’s, XLRI and equivalent premier business schools)
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience (consulting / banking / NBFC / insurance strategy teams, sales, internal initiatives, performance improvement initiatives)
Roles & responsibilities:
- Effectively deliver tasks on projects as guided by the manager- in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice
- Effectively engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights
- Work with junior team members and provide them constant guidance and opportunities to explore new areas
- Gradually develop in-depth expertise in FS so as to have an independent point of view on the selected sector / solution that serves as the foundation for client service
- Network to build professional relationships within and outside the Firm
- To actively engage in knowledge learning, sharing and storing
- To find avenues to learn and contribute to the firms standards of code of conduct, ethics and client satisfaction standards
