Consultant/Sr Consultant - EMI - F&B/O&G/Mfg

Education qualification: B.E. Instrumentation/ Chemical /Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 5- 7 Years

Work Location: Bangalore

Requirement: The Wonderware Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence Engineer is responsible for the successful delivery and support of EMI projects to the F&B, O&G and other manufacturing industry. The EMI Engineer provides technical leadership and coordination in the analysis, design, development and implementation of complex applications, databases, and information systems meeting the industry standards.

The EMI Engineer is expected to develop into a technical authority with a firm grasp of project management principles and tools, mentoring and commercial skills.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsible in leading all phases of the EMI project including requirements gathering, detailed design, development, commissioning, documentation, and user training.

- Provide field and remote engineering support, both individually and in a team environment, to multiple, dedicated manufacturing sites.

- Responsible for the change management process of the existing applications, ensuring standardization and version control across sites.

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly

- Must have experience successfully interacting and working with internal customers at multiple levels of responsibility in a manufacturing or production environment

- Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Travel: Short duration of travel (1 to 3 weeks)

Ideal Candidate:

- Hands on / understanding of Wonderware Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence EMI

- Basic/advanced knowledge of Application Server / ArchestrA IDE

- Strong in SQL Database - SQL language, Database modeling

- Business Intelligence Report & Dashboard concepts

- Hands on / knowledge with Tableau Software tool

- Hands on / knowledge on any Historian DB (Wonderware Historian / OSI Pi)

- Having Manufacturing Industry Domain knowledge (F&B / O&G)

Mandatory Skills:

SQL Database - SQL language, Writing complex SQL query, Database modelling, SSIS/SSRS

Business Intelligence / Analytic Reporting & Dashboard concepts
