Consultant/Senior Consultant - Supply Chain & Operations

Consultant/Senior Consultant for our SC&O (Supply Chain & Operations)

Responsibilities :

- You will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects

Your primary roles will be (but not limited to) to :

- Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various Industry Groups

- Review and validate data and further build optimization models

- Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables

- Prepare client reports

Required Skills :

- MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing/Finance) from Tier-1 institutes with 2-5 years of relevant business/consulting experience

- Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of different areas in SCM - Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Demand & Supply, Transportation/Network

- Experience with Analytics tools will be an added plus (Llamasoft, Supply Chain Strategist, R Analytics etc.) - Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Spend Analytics

- Effective communication skills and experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions

- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills

- Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused

- Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
