Consultant/Sr Consultant- Solutions

Post graduates (MBA) would be preferred

Location - Pune

8 -14 years of experience with 3-7 years in the operations of the Insurance domain preferably in a BPO set up. Minimum of 2 years of past solutions experience.

Will work with the Business Development Team or Operations Team to build customized solutions for new client engagements in Insurance Domain. This will entail creating compelling value proposition for the clients, Providing input for migration and implementation solution, providing inputs to effectively price service provision including technology

Role/ Responsibilities

- Will have revenue and win target.

- Will create solutions based on the client / industry specific problem or challenges

- Conduct extensive industry research gather domain expertise for effective solution

- Extensive interaction with business users, senior management and IT personnel

- Understanding and analyzing the existing processes to determine - Futuristic- solutions / process improvement initiatives

- Ensure timely drafting and delivery of solutions

- Proficient in MS Office Applications usage

- Excellent oral and written English Communication

- Thorough Operations experience preferred
