Consultant/Senior Consultant - Recruitment - Executive Search Firm

- Understanding the client's mandate, industry and organisation

- Understanding the job specifications

- Aware about various sources of recruitment's and hands on experience on usage of these sources

- Engage and build rapport with candidates, provide adequate information about the role, organisation and job description, discuss on the industry prospects which excites him for the role

- Share profiles with the client for short listing, co-ordinate and line up interviews for short listed candidates

- Co-ordinate with the client and get post interview feedback

- Assist the client in salary negotiation and fully engage with the candidate till the joining stage

- Co-ordinate with the finance team and get the invoice raised

- Independently meet existing clients and strengthen the relationship

- Help generating leads for business development
