A mix of these areas of experience is particularly helpful.  Education : MBA or equivalent from a premier institute  Key skills : excellent understanding of marketing, research and advertising; some understanding of the sales process, basics of business finance and analytics  Personality :   - Work involves direct interactions with mid and senior levels of corporate India. It will be as per the candidate's tenure and nature of experience. For example, could be Consultant / Senior Consultant to Principal consultant or even Partner depending on what is appropriate.  Team structure : Will the person have any one reporting to him, What is the overall team strength -   - Like most consultant organizations, we also work in a matrixed way. That means, a team is put together as per the needs of the specific project. Hence, if the project is seen to require help at junior levels, it will be provided from the pool of consulting / analytics and even strategic planning resources, on a best fit principle.   Is the person expected to get in new business, Will there be targets :  - This resource will team up with Head of Consulting and Analytics Practice and the very senior managers of the group in sourcing business.
