- Strategy formulation, improving business performance through balanced scorecard approach,

- Advisory services related to power trading, power import-export strategy, private sector participation, regulatory issues, bid process management and ERP implementation.

- Willingness to travel and work in tier 2 and tier 3 cities on long-term assignments

- Ability to manage tasks independently with senior officials in government.
