Domain expertise in credit risk, operational risk, market risk, Liquidity risk management etc.  - Experience on implementing OFSAA solution or any other risk solutions like SAS, SunGard etc. if OFSAA experience is not available.  - Thorough on Basel and RBI regulatory guidelines on Capital Calculation  - Bachelors- Degree required - BE/B.Tech/ME.M.Tech/MCA/CA/MBA (All Regular no correspondence). We don't hire plain graduates. In sense - Someone has started working after completing their BA, BCom or BSc then we don't hire them. But if they have pursued their higher studies like CA or MCA or MBA through Regular Mode post their graduation then we will consider them)  - Strong oral and written communication skills  - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills  - Willingness to shift to Mumbai and work for a long term basis.  - Ready to travel within India  - Should have relevant experience of more than 2 years in the above mentioned skills.  - Flexible
