Consultant/Sr Consultant/Manager/AD - Energy

The candidate shall be well-versed with the commercial, regulatory, business aspects of Energy segment and should have understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience) :

Sector and Business related :

- Domain expertise in Renewable Energy and Power with command over sector level issues

- Ability to promptly decrypt sector level changes and understand inter linkages between economy, infrastructure segments and energy value chain

- Ability to lead team and deliver on client expectations on complex Power and RE mandates

- Ability to predict sector developments and foresee changes /issues impacting the industry

- Flair of market intelligence and skill to sense business and commercial insights in the given sector

- Manage internal and external expectations and deliver on business targets, quality of deliverables, profitable execution and market impact

Ability to execute and project manage assignment like :

- Commercial Due diligence/Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Feasibility Analysis of Power and RE projects

- Techno-Commercial aspects of Power and RE projects and inter-linkages between Power and resources segment

- Deep appreciation of benchmarks and norms for tariff, costs, contracts, fuel pricing, etc.

- Understanding of Bid Process Management for selection of Developer and Project Management consultancy

- Preferably understanding of Policy, Regulatory environment of Energy I sector other countries.

- Overall Client Management and assuring quality of execution and deliverables.

Business Development :

- Established senior level relationships and ability to leverage business relationships

- Proactively engaging with prospective clients for tracking business opportunities

- Ability to create lasting client impact and relationships

- Focus of retaining client for future through building relationship and assuring quality & timely delivery of assignments
