Skills/Competencies :

- Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to deal with a large number of stakeholders

- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

- Superb organizational skills to be able to coordinate multiple projects.

- Proven experience managing off-shore/remote collaboration.

Requirements are in the following domain :

- Information Security Assessment (ISA): ISO27001 certifications and advisory

- Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR)

- Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Attack and Penetration Testing (PT)

- Software Asset Management (SAM)

- ISO 20000 certification advisory

- Information management, analytics delivery and enablement

- Master Data Management and Governance (MDM)

- Service Organization Controls Reporting (SOCR)

- IT SOX compliance and readiness assessment

- IT Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

- IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

- Program Advisory Services: Program Management (PgM), Project Management (PM) and Program Management Organization (PMO)

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Plans tasks effectively - breaks down projects into manageable tasks, sets milestones, identifies resources, etc.

- Completes own work on any of the above domains to the required quality standards and delivers work on time

- Handles multiple priorities at any one time

- Adapts approach and shows flexibility when priorities change unexpectedly

- Works cooperatively with people who have a diverse range of skills, cultures, styles and approaches

- Prioritizes issues by using clear project management principles

- Showcase ability to manage engagement with directions from Seniors, Managers and Sr. Managers guidance

- Builds understanding of the client businesses - the issues they face, the markets they operate in, key developments
