Essentials :

Academic Qualifications : MBA - Human Resource Management from Tier 1 Institute

Experience : Consulting/ HR CoE roles in the Industry

Job Responsibility :

Client service delivery/execution (Human Resource) :

- Execute projects, often supporting multiple clients

- Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients, Manage client counterparts

- Provide guidance to other team members

Support Business Development efforts :

- Support Partner/Manager in BD pursuits via proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution

- Working with Partner/Manager to accompany in BD meeting in order to support business development efforts

Knowledge Management :

- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge

Network & Identify opportunities :

- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to the manager

- Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm, in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact clients

Develop industry expertise :

- Develop good understanding of specific sectors/industries

Additional Skills :

- Superior analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity

- Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contribution to client engagements.

- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English

- Ability to build and develop internal and client relationships

- Willingness to travel

- Well-developed time management skills - the ability to work to deadlines and to multitask is essential
