Consultant/Senior Consultant - HR Domain Consulting (2-8 yrs)
We are looking for positions in HR - Consulting with a leading consulting organization for Hyderabad / Bengaluru /Gurgaon /Mumbai.
Experience:2-8 years of Consulting experience in Human Resources Service Delivery from a reputed consulting firm.
Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders in a virtual environment to support project delivery
Provide & design appropriate solutions (e.g. process maps / org sizing / org design / benchmarking )
Participate in client discussions / process design workshops to gather requirements
Gather information through research and conduct analysis
Derive insights and develop client recommendations
Experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services is preferred
