Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Consultant - Digital Banking

Roles & Responsibility:

- Selected candidate will be responsible for leading consulting engagements for BFSI clients in the Digital Banking space.

- Selected candidate will be responsible for defining digital initiatives.

- Selected candidate will be responsible for providing process consulting to bank to revamp banks into Truly Digital Banking.

- Selected candidate will be required to understand business requirements from the RFP and preparing solution response for them. Facilitating the analysis of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.

- Selected candidate will be required to interact with the business stakeholders to envision how the requirements are to be modeled to support the future banking needs.

- Selected candidate will be required to be involved in Detailed Requirement Gathering for the bank and prepare Solution document keeping in view the business requirements and the regulatory requirements.

- Selected candidate will be required to analyse the new requirements and create solution approach for them.

Education and Experience:

Essential: BE + MBA, Over 3 years of experience in Business Consulting

Desirable: Past experience in leading consulting engagements for BFSI clients.

Experience: 3+ years

Skills

- Deep understanding of Digital Banking processes and initiatives

- Experience in in leading consulting engagements for BFSI clients.

- Strong Business Consulting experience.

- Ability to handle complex assignment independently

- Ability to work with ambiguity

- Team player - Work in a large team with people from diverse backgrounds

- Ability to interact with client
