SAP HCM ESS/MSS Consultant

Job Description :

- 6 to 10 years experience in industry out of which

- Atleast 5 years experience in SAP HCM.

- Min. 2 years domain experience

- Prepare planning documents

- Strong background of SAP core modules (OM, PA, Time, Payroll in particular) and ESS/MSS portal functional configuration with atleast 6-7 overall years experience in SAP HCM.

- Exposure to basic technical setup like IDOCS, Workflow, RFC, Integration with external salary survey agencies.

- Very strong communication and presentation skills.

- Exposure and ability to work in teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.

- SAP certification is an added advantage

- Must have experience SAP HCM ESS/MSS, should be willing to work as an individual contributor

Education :

- Any BE, Btech, MCA, Mtech, MBA, Bcom, Mcom, Mtech, MS
