We work in the areas of Business Strategy, Corporate Finance, Marketing, Risk management and Organizational transformation.  Some of the prominent industries i3 Consulting serve are - banking, non banking financial services, retailing, food services, insurance, telecom, diversified industries and government.  Areas of Responsibility :  - Understand risk management needs of clients on an enterprise wide basis :   - Identify key risks  - Assess the potential impact of these risks  - Help the client set its risk limits  - Develop a plan to model the risks which the client chooses to keep on their books  - Decide on which risk models are most suitable in terms of modeling the various risks on the clients' books  - For instance, in market risk this may entail choosing the right set of models  - For credit risk, this may entail choosing the right modeling approach  - Propose risk management solutions for the clients based on the understanding of their portfolio and risk management needs  - Improve existing scoring models  - Support the risk management function at the client organization  - Plan and execute risk management related projects at client organizations  - Entails all of the above and converting them into action items  - Execute the action items on a proper project management basis  - Resource allocation, timelines definition and timely reviews with clients   - Manage and train resources   - Project would span the entire gamut of risk management activities starting from strategy, governance, tools and techniques, models, risk organization structure, KPIs and risk reporting  Skills / Knowledge Required :  - A sound understanding of risk management as a discipline   - A sound understanding of ERM including credit, market and operational risks  - Self-driven; should be able to handle projects independently and lead the team effectively  - Should have the understanding of business context and the ability to deal with ambiguity  - Should be good at managing the client including understanding their expectations / needs and communicating with them effectively  - Good presentation skills; Modeling expertise a plus  Qualifications :  - Postgraduate from Tier I college with relevant experience of 3-5 years  Job Location : Noida
