They are expected to have the ability to work in multiple modules at one point, thereby providing maximum leverage to Project Owners. Being more experienced, they often engage end-to-end on the project and help with training newer/junior team members.  Responsibilities:  Research / Execution  Understanding client contexts and dynamics of business concepts across multiple industries  Managing module/part of project independently or with small teams  Conducting comprehensive and effective research using both secondary and primary (interview, survey) research sources and techniques  As more experienced team members, contributing to the analytical approach, mentoring others, and helping drive innovation and internal improvements  Organizing, analyzing, synthesizing, and generating insightful and structured output using appropriate tools and techniques (memos,spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)  Project Management  Managing a project, end-to-end, and supporting Client Servicing Officers (CSOs) in drafting client proposals  Making significant contributions to the design of the analytical approach and work plan  Being responsible for smooth project operations - overall project quality and productivity of teams  Required Skills  2 to 8 years of relevant research experience  Strong analytical aptitude - problem solving, quantitative skills  Strong verbal and oral communication  Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills  Logical and creative thinker
