One of our clients, A leading Real Estate Consulting organization is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Consultant-Real Estate Valuation  Basic Job Purpose:  - Client coordination and development: Interact with clients on pitches, proposals and project related activities. Coordinate with client teams for inspections, information and delivery of various valuation and appraisal works. Engage in client development by gaining awareness of company service offerings  - Project execution: Plan, implement and successfully conduct valuation mandates including execution, coordination with various teams, site inspections, primary and secondary market research, database management and preparation of full service valuation reports (describing physical and economic property characteristics, appraisal procedures used, and information analyzed; disclosing extraordinary assumptions, and hypothetical and limiting conditions; presenting supportive reasoning). guidelines, valuation approaches, methodologies and techniques.  - Team management: Mentoring of team members, troubleshooting, time management and goal setting  Education & Experience:  - BTech/MTech with 3+ yrs of relevant experience in real estate/Financial Services sector.  - Technology: Excellent working knowledge of MS excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word  - Other prerequisites: Willingness to travel to multiple locations in India and overseas, good communication skills, ability to multitask, high adaptability to various work situations.  - Should be aware of RICS valuation  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
