Consultant - Real Estate/IPC (3-7 yrs)
Firm leads the planet in real estate consulting, below is the job description/opportunity profile.
Opportunity Profile:
- Business Plan & Feasibility Studies for large scale development & infrastructure projects including Special Economic Zones, Integrated Townships, Hotels, Retail Malls, Airports, Metro, amongst several other vertical segments
- Location/ Entry Strategies for some of the most prominent Indian and Foreign corporate houses with regard to their business operations, objectives, future business projections, manpower requirement etc.
- Privatization & Disinvestments on behalf of the Central and almost all State Governments
- Investments & Structured Finance including Investment Banking function of structuring Joint Venture arrangements and securing equity placements
Education: MBA Finance/Other
Other Skills: MS Excel, word or power point.
Good communication skills; presentation skills; exposure to real estate concepts.
