Prior experience of writing reports, creating client presentations and publishing research papers is essential   - Strong research aptitude   - Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines   - Attention to detail   - Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility   - Demonstrated interest in Public Policy or Development issues would be a strong advantage   Job Description   - Project Management responsibility for one or more projects at a time   - Manage a team of consultants and analysts and ensure high quality outputs   - Direct research effort – collection and analysis of data   - Writing reports and articles on public policy and development issues   - Travel to meet with clients, experts and other project stakeholders   - Organizing conferences and workshops   - Support in Business Development   The strongest applicants will have a demonstrated interest in analyzing public policy issues and wish to pursue a career either in Public Policy/Economic research, Development sector or Government.
