We have 5 practice areas and we are looking for a Consultant for our People Decision Practice  TALENT ACQUISITION:  - Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, headhunting, referencing etc.  - Screen candidates resumes and job applications  - Conduct assessments as per selection methodology to find the right fit candidates within schedule (viz - knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude)  - Drive all the recruiting efforts from sourcing candidates to making an offer & joining  CLIENT DELIVERY:  - Engage with clients or principal consultant to understand the job requirements in detail  - Lead and participate in completion of all the pre-work - Creating Job descriptions, success profiles, assignment brief, pitch and doing job posts on various portals etc.  - Define specific sourcing strategies for various requirements  - Define selection criteria and methodology for all the open positions  Internal Support and Initiatives:  - Prepare client proposals and approach notes  - Coordinate and follow-up during the business development process  - Identify and constantly redefine internal process for areas of improvement to drive operational efficiency  - Actively lead/participate in internal learning initiatives and team discussions  - Take onus for application of key initiatives that emerge as an outcome of team discussions  Data Management:  - Maintain MIS and data relevant to various recruitment projects  Essentials:  - Proven track record in talent acquisition  - Should be approachable and adept at coaching and developing team members  - Should be energetic, focused, resilient with strong work ethics  - Should have high achievement and detail orientation  Qualification and Experience:  - 6-10 years- experience in HR/Talent Acquisition with minimum 2 years in team management  - Management Post Graduate (Preferably in HR)  If this excites you, please send in your updated resume or call me at 8826218185
