Qualifications: MBA from a premier institution (IIM- s, XLRI, SPJIMR, SIBM, TISS, other top B Schools)

Minimum Requirements

1. MBA from 2016 / 2015 / 2014 can apply

2. Previous experience in a reputed management consulting company with experience of HR consulting assignments..

3. Experience should consist of stakeholder management for HR topics related to performance management, competency mapping or assessment centers. The candidate should have experience in a front - ending corporate OD/ COE or HR Consulting role.

Job Description

As a Consultant, the incumbent would be required to carry out the following:

1. Project Execution - Contributes to conceptualizing, data collection and analysis

2. Work in project teams under supervision of a Project Leader/ Engagement Manager

3. Support business development and knowledge initiatives

4. Contribute to creation of new IP/ thought notes

5. Participate in Organization initiatives
