Consultant - Operations/Manufacturing Practice

Job Profile:

Consulting in the Operations and manufacturing Practice which would include projects in areas such as Quality & Business Process Improvement, 6 Sigma, Manufacturing Systems Improvement and Total Productive Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing

Profile Brief:

3 to 7 years of relevant work experience

- Good understanding of the key business processes in the domain area is desirable.

- Have excellent communication skills Written, Oral, and Presentation.

- High degree of data research and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage ambiguity.

- Be willing to travel.

- Good team member and should be able to relate to situations and people.

- High level of confidence and comfortable in interacting with all levels in the hierarchy.

Candidate should be preferably a six sigma black belt.

Compensation : Comparable with best in the industry

- Engineers or graduates in economics with good academic record plus MBA from top b-schools only need to apply.

- Experience in sectors like Automotive, Chemicals, Cement, Metals, Engineering & Construction, Consumer & Industrial Products, FMCG is preferred.
