Details are   Requirement:  - A 2 year full time MBA from a Tier 1 /Premier Institute ONLY- ISB/IIM/XLRI/FMS/SP Jain/NITIE etc  - The person must have been in the Top quartile (Top 25 percentile) of the class in their post graduation.  - Preference would be given to persons with experience in Consulting firms but industry experience of managing large scale transformational projects will be considered  Roles:  Role 1 - Sourcing & Procurement 2007 to 2011 Batch  - Must have sourcing & procurement experience in EPC, Power, Infrastructure, Automotive and steel industries ideally in the a consulting company.  Demonstrated expertise in:   - Strategic Sourcing OR Global or Alternate Sourcing OR Procure-to-Pay Transformation OR Supplier Relationship Management including Contract Management OR Purchasing and Spend Management Solutions OR   - Category management in categories such as steel, cement, structurals, pipes, valves, fittings & procurement cost reduction (desirable)   Role -2 - Manufacturing Strategy - Operations 2008 to 2011 batch   - Must have Manufacturing/planning experience with FMCG and Automotive background.  Demonstrated expertise in any of the following specializations:   - Demand Planning Production Planning Inventory Planning   - Order processing Customer Service People Management  - Supply chain Mgt. 3PL Management Inventory Control Network Optimization
