Urgent hiring for (RTM) - Business Strategy Consultant & Manager/ Senior Manager

NOTE: We required for 2 mandates:

1. Only MBA from tier 1 institute.

2. Candidate should have experience with a Consulting firm.

Job Description:

Level- Senior Manager, Manager and Consultants

4 - 10 years of experience (Consulting/CPG (Retail) industry) - India/APAC Sales and Distribution role/projects ( ASM/ Trade Marketing/ Digital Sales/ Sales capability development/Analytics etc)

Exposure to Digital/technology projects is a plus ( Distributor Management/ Sales Force Automation etc)

Have worked with senior leadership

MBA from premier institute

Route to market Consulting (Sales, Distribution, B2B, E Commerce, Trade promotion etc) for CPG clients in India and APAC

Formulate the strategy, vision, and execution plan for RTM transformation for CPG companies, leveraging Digital and technology

Conceptualizing and designing analytics services in the RTM area for CPG companies

Lead teams to deliver Route to market consulting projects for leading CPG clients

Business Development and shaping proposals in the RTM area

Build Relationships with Industry RTM leaders and build Accenture business
