Consultant/Manager - Consulting - Sales/Customer Service - FMCG/CGS/Natural Resources (4-10 yrs)
This is with reference to an urgent job opening for an MNC Consulting Firm.
Position: S&CS - Sales & Customer Service
Consultant: 4+ years
Manager: 7+ years
Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore
Domain: FMCG/CGS/Natural Resources
Profile:
Experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategy Management & provide Solutions to the clients.
Specific experiences will include:
- Experience levels in business and consulting.
- Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Strong program management skills
- Experience in a consulting firm is mandatory
- Experience working with - C- level executive clients
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales & Marketing with preferred industry experience in FMCG/CGS/NaturalResources.
Key responsibilities of the role may include
- Project Delivery: Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.
- People Development: Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

- This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the - C- level executives in a range of environments
- The individual should demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct
- The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work
- The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts
- The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
