Job Description
Role: Consultant – Hi Tech Supply Chain
Relevant experience: 8-10 years
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Identify value propositions for chosen industry sectors and generate business leads
- Lead Conversion – Build proposals and lead negotiations for final conversion
- Consulting Delivery – Lead/be a senior member of consulting teams.
- Analyse current situation, conduct end-to- end Supply Chain assessment, develop business case and design consulting approach & framework
- Identify and implement appropriate business solutions in partnership with client teams.
- Design and deliver appropriate senior management level workshops and manage relationships
- Review project performance with client leadership teams, define roles and responsibilities and review performance
- Thought Leadership – Envision, enhance and empower futuristic solution roadmaps
Skills and qualifications
Candidates having prior experience in Supply Chain/Operations Consulting or domain experience (Hi-Tech or Manufacturing) in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Strategy, Logistics and Distribution, Sourcing and Procurement would be preferred.
MBA’s from premier institutes would be preferred.
