Data Strategy & Insights (DS&I - India) is key part of the GPD & OPS organization.  It is the analytical engine that powers profitable business growth through consultative and innovative solutions across GCP. The DS&I - India is a high performing team and strong partner to the Global GCP business. The team enables GCP business by providing actionable insights to drive business strategy and growth.   This is an outstanding opportunity in a high visibility role that will work very closely with GCP Marketing organization in Marketing & Product Management space to provide meaningful analytics and actionable insights that help in creating growth strategies. The individual will be responsible for developing new analytical solutions to develop impactful marketing strategies.   Key Responsibilities include :   - Deliver insightful reporting, improve data integrity & management, and create analytics to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance   - Devise process improvement tools and methodologies that will ensure successful and timely implementation of new products or initiatives   - Develop reporting solutions by integrating data from different data sources.   - Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners and Senior leaders to assess and provide   - Reporting and analytical solutions to fulfill business requirements Knowledge of SAS / excel / access / VBA or SQL is desirable   - Demonstrate Project Management capabilities to drive business strategies and process improvement initiatives  - Implement processes to drive data governance and implement quality controls   - Create and maintain SOP documentation for all process specific tasks. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   - This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   Qualifications: :   - Bachelor's degree in Statistics; Master's degree in Statistics from Calcutta, Bombay & Chennai University (ISI);  - BE/BTech from NIT Regional Colleges /BITs/Mumbai/Delhi/Calcutta /Chennai NSIT/ Regional Engineering Colleges;  - BE/BTech from IIT/IIM  - Tier I Colleges/B-School is mandatory others need not apply.  - 2 - 6 year's professional experience developing business analytics  - Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs. Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Access, Power Point & SQL is desirable   - Experience in working on enterprise level data mining tools like SAS etc. is desired   - A proven track record for making sound business decisions, setting direction and managing both short and long-term goals to achieve high quality operational results and customer commitment   - A demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment with minimal errors  - Strong ability to formulate and communicate strategies in a clear, compelling way   - Strong relationship management skills with a proven track of positively collaborating & influencing internal and external partners   - Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with experience working in a global environment   - Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings
