We are looking for a Consultant - Employee Engagement practice for a Top Global Human Capital company.

Work Exposure :

The person in this role will be responsible for developing the Engagement business and managing medium to complex engagement, value proposition and culture assignments with clients. The role would also involve development of Engagement strategies and development of new offers or client segments to achieve business growth objectives.

- Identify and follow up on new opportunities within Employee Engagement, Value Proposition and Culture areas as well as across the Talent and Organization Practice

- Participate and lead client scoping conversations with other consultants

- Identify selling opportunities through client interactions and take action upon them; Develop medium to complex client proposals

- To run the engagement surveys across organizations which shall capture the data as how the employees are engaged to the organization.

- End-to-end engagement solution - culture building, value proposition, action plan for leaders to diagnose how well the employees are engaged.

- Employer Branding which will help retain existing employees and attract new employees.

Thought Leadership

- Undertake qualitative and/or quantitative employee research

- Contribute to the development of ideas and perspectives that will strengthen the Practice's position with regard to new thinking, forms of analysis, approaches and services.

Client Management

- Create strong, ongoing client relationships, becoming their trusted partner and influential advisor on employee Engagement, value proposition and culture issues

- Manage medium- to large sized client projects; Develop and present insights and recommendations to the client that are business and outcome focused.

- Engage in intra- and inter- team collaboration to leverage contribution across other Practice areas to benefit the client

Project Management

- Project manage team members on projects and ensure quality by reviewing work product and applying technical expertise (through researching, understanding, and interpretation)

- Manage and/or mentor less experienced consultants

Work Experience : 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates from consulting background would be preferred.

Education Qualification : MBA in Human Resources from premier institutes (preferably batch 2011 - 2013)
