We work in the areas of Corporate Finance, Marketing, Risk management and Strategy.   Some of the prominent industries i3 Consulting serve are - banking, non banking financial services, retailing, food services, insurance, telecom, diversified industries and government.   Requirements :   - Conducting qualitative and quantitative research in the field of economics, finance and business   - Ability to analyze economic conditions of a country, analyze and project indicators for future performance including GDP, Employment rate, Inflation, Money Flow, Fiscal Deficit, Industrialization, Labor laws, Product or Service analysis etc.   - Ability to evaluate industries, companies and products at a global, regional and country level   - Ability to gather information from various sources such as; Financial and Economic Databases, Press Reviews, Industry Reports, Market Studies, web search etc. for the required objective   - Identifying key trends, analyzing competitive market strategies, conducting market segment and sizing studies, opportunity analysis and providing market/competitive intelligence to clients   - Ability to structure research problem, present analytical solutions and frameworks, and devise methodology of execution   - Design / plan outputs along with managers after consultation / brainstorming with clients (internal/external)   - Ability to create and manage databases capturing periodic information for future analysis   - Writing research reports and creating presentations for both client deliverables and internal team purposes   - Will need to bring valuable insights and recommendations in the deliverable and adhere to best delivery standards   - Work on a variety and volume of research requests, with high-level of accuracy   - Guide junior team members by planning their work, performing quality checks on their output, and giving them feedback   - Very good problem solving skills and communication skills   - Willing to travel onsite with a valid passport   Key Skills :   - Research professional with good knowledge of market analysis frameworks such as; market sizing models, market/customer segmentation, competitive intelligence studies, survey analysis, revenue modeling, financial analysis & bench-marking, profiling of companies/industries /geographies, strategic analysis, target identification, feasibility analysis, etc.   - Application of economic concepts   - Ability to work on framework such as Porters, PESTEL, Four Corners, SWOT, go-to-market strategies, competitors benchmarking, and market readiness index.   - Business knowledge and ability to translate them into research priorities; intrinsic understanding and familiarity of research techniques   - Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time   - Strong interpersonal & analytical skills   - High level of independent thinking and approach   - Excellent PowerPoint and verbal communication skills   - Advanced Excel, Word, PPT skills; Knowledge of MS-Access and SPSS will be added advantage   - Willing to travel onsite (KSA/UAE) with a valid passport   Qualification and Experience :   - Masters in Economics/Finance from Tier I colleges with at least 1 year of relevant experience   Job Location : Noida
