Job Description:

Project/Program Management, e-Government Consultant, Capacity building, Web Design, Development, Maintenance and Software/Quality Testing. Expertise in LMS, Project Management, People Management, Bid process Management, Capacity Building/Change Management, Agile Methodology, Proposal writing, Vendor Management, Project Management and monitoring, PPP Model, Web Content Management, Content Editing, Web portal Management, HTML editors, User Interface Design, Site and Page Design.

Project Manager, State Program Management Unit (SPMU) from company India on client site for Center for e-Governance (CeG),Hyderabad Govt. Overall Comprehensive IT Advisory Services to the Center for e-Governance, AADHAAR & HRDH (Hyderabad Resident Data Hub). PMU would be required to coordinate with all the stakeholders and support the CeG while interacting with various agencies (internal and external) during the course of the project. PMU shall build mechanisms to ensure coordination and consultation between all key stakeholders and members of the governance committees on a continued basis to facilitate the execution of the project. Extensively involved in below mentioned tasks:

- Should be work with (CeG) Center for e-Governance, Govt of Hyderabad to ensure adequate support staff are assigned at the district and field level for the HRDH/UID project thru other agencies of CeG so that ground coverage for support is very good

- Contribute to development of the plan for publicity and awareness creation

- Closely work with the district administration in planning of the enrolment coverage, also seeding of the data, training, monitoring and reporting the progress in the field

- Closely work with the audit agencies (if deployed by CeG) to understand their audit plan and direct his/her team members to provide the support required for completion of the audit

- Consolidate feedback from his / her team members and submit suggestions for improvement of the software being developed by the CEG to automate back-end operations

- Contribute to development of training content

- Contribute to development of questionnaires required for learn about the state of readiness of DBT

- Constantly monitor if the entire seeding data & reports have reached CeG on a timely basis.

- Coordinate with Enrolment Agencies as required and submit up to date reports on Enrolment status as on date; State, Division and District level reports

- Coordinate with UIDAI as required and submit up to date reports on Enrolment & Seeding status as on date

- Coordinate with HRDH development team & support team to ensure timely resolutions of all the field issues and respective SLAs are maintained.

- Grievance handling and redressal

- Any other work assigned by the CEO, CEG

Experience:

- Experience of working in Consulting firms is add advantage.

Qualification: B.Tech, (Top Colleges )

MBA is added advantage.
