- Manage internal and outsourced activities and relationships
- Design, develop and conduct training for management and agent positions
Requirement:
- 3 – 12 years of consulting and industry operation experience with focus on call centre operations
- Experienced in call centre performance analysis, customer satisfaction management
- Knowledge of technology aspects of call centres
- Knowledge of developing markets an advantage
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English fluently
- Persian language capability an advantage
- Ability to travel to Middle East for extended period of time
