4-10 years of experience as HRBP/ Consultant in HR Advisory

Its an Individual contributor role

- Candidate should be able to deal with multiple clients across industry segments

- Would be required to work towards HR Projects Delivery

- Preferable experience in Organization restructuring, Managed HR, Leadership Development, Career Pathing, Job Descriptions and evaluations, Compensation mapping, Development Centers.

Role will not have any direct BD targets however, candidate should be able to manage and deal with senior management across clients
