Consultant - BFSI Domain

Need Candidates with Good consulting exp in domain like F & A, Payments Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Insurance, Trade Finance

Job Description:

- Should be able to handle Workshops/Meetings with client team with representations from CXO level to understand business problem, objectives and strategy

- Should have strong understanding of global financial market trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues that governs the decisions at CXO level

- Must have in-depth understanding of back office, middle and front office structures of various banking domains

- Must have sound understanding of operating model set up for banking domains

- Should be able to work with BPM Consultants and Process modelers to identify opportunities of improvement in customer processes

- Should have experience in creating White Paper, concept notes, solution framework, marketing collaterals and offering papers for internal and external use

- Actively contribute in business development, proposals and solutioning activities

- Provides functional expertise, guides and instructs on a product to the internal & external customers (BFSI)

- Analyzes customer needs and participates in designing the business process requirements and is responsible for completeness and quality of functional design

- Analyzes gaps and does impact analysis after understanding customer requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

- Min 12-15 yrs of domain experience with 5+ years in consulting in BFSI industry

- Deep insight in BFSI domain

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Should have worked on at least 3-4 consulting engagements for global banks

- Six sigma & Lean certification (Green Belt/ Black Belt)

- Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills

- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Possess good communication and presentation skills

- Proactive, Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment

- Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solutioning skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.

- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

- Ability to empathize with clients and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines.

Qualifications:

Full Time MBA in Finance from a premier MBA institute or CA/ICWA/CFA with 12-15 years of experience OR

Essential: Willing to travel/relocate within India or overseas for short/long term to execute consulting engagements.
