Qualification - Any Degree/Diploma

Experience - 5-12

CTC - 12 Lacs – 15 Lacs

PREREQUISITE

1. 8 - 12 Years experience in sales wherein 3 years should be in construction equipment sales

2. Managing Business development operations

3. Strong base in the Industry

4. Able to work out / forecast Budget / Financials

5. Handle multi locations since inception

6. Develop, Train and Motivate / constantly engage a team of people

7. Sound Systems Knowledge

8. Knowledge of Hindi desirable, but not essential

9. Willing to Travel extensively

10.Updated knowledge on Market intelligence and Competitors' Activities

11.Ensure the team under him is able to focus on quality initiatives, productivity and safety compliance

12. Think ahead and come out with suggestions in case the original business plan fails.
