Role: Corporate Finance - Consolidated Financials

Work Level: Manager

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the consolidated financials of the Dr.Reddy's group (including all subsidiaries) under IFRS and IGAAP;

2) Review validity and accuracy of all accounting entries and ensure compliance to GAAP;

3) Review IGAAP standalone(only Dr. Reddy's Lab) financial statements as per SEBI format (BSE and NSE requirements) and ICAI guidelines;

4) Co-ordinate with statutory auditors during financial audits; Provide support to BU finance teams for implementing accounting standards;

5) Preparation of Annual Report (financial pages) and 212 Financials for all subsidiaries;

6) Ensure compliance with group accounting policies;

7) Evaluate non-routine accounting issues and suggest accounting treatment.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IFRS / IGAAP financials reporting in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry

Skill Sets Required:
- Deep Knowledge of GAAP (IFRS and Indian)

- Broad knowledge of The Companies Act

- Basic Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements

- Basic Knowledge of SOX Act
