Experience :
Minimum of 7 years experience in Finance and Accounting
BPO/KPO Experience is Must
Multiple years of proven people management experience with business Acumen.
Experience in US Client management (Must)
- Educational qualification of B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/MBA/CFA
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
- Expertise in core Finance and Accounting
Accounts payable(AP/P2P)
Accounts Receivable(AR/O2C)
General Ledger(R2R)
Financial analysis
- Sound experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis & Reporting
- Working knowledge in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP etc.
- Strong analytical & Logical abilities
- Advanced Knowledge in use of Microsoft suite programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The Responsibilities and the tasks to be filled in by this role:
Client Management
- Own the overall "Success" of Accounts under his/her purview.
- Account Management for all Accounts under his/her purview - Manage
Client Perception/expectations
- Assist in smooth Transition of all new accounts/ new roles
- Project management: Tasks, timelines, deliverables
- Issue management & resolution
- Set up processes along with documentation
- Drive Process improvements; improve efficiencies by using better technology platforms
- Frequent client interaction to solicit feedback
People Management:
- Ability to manage approximately 10-15 resources
- Identification of Staffing requirements and work with HR to meet these requirements
- Participate in Interviews and asses the candidates' technical skills.
- Effective/ efficient resource allocation across all accounts
- Job rotation and succession planning
- Cross Training and Back up planning
- Appraise Performance of the team members
- Mentor Engagement Managers
