Role and Responsibilities :

Role : Consulting in Labor and Employment within Public Services

Responsibilities :

The position requires the candidate to have a minimum of 3 years of business and functional experience in designing Social Services Management solution for the employment industry.

The candidate should demonstrate skills in interacting with 'C' level executive clients & government officials and developing use cases, process modeling, and functional design for a public employment system.
Business process knowledge in the area of:

1. Jobseeker & employer registration/enrollment i.e. front-desk operations,

2. Job matching,

3. Benefits eligibility,

4. Financial management & fraud prevention,

5. Employment program, and

6. Reporting and forecasting.

Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English is must.

Working knowledge of SAP Social Services Management Product, CRM, and ERP is big plus.
