Connect GBS - Manager - Client Reporting - Closing & Reporting

Functional responsibilities:-

1. Month end close and reports as per set deadlines

2. Review and analysis of profit and loss, Balance sheet and cash flows of clients as per

3. Experience in Consolidation and multi cross border accounting

4. Overlooking Accounts payable and treasury functions

5. Identify and analyze risks and uncertainties that may impact Group financial

6. Review of work done by juniors and reports to clients

7. Handling of Quarter end and year end audits of listed funds and companies, IFRS and UK GAAP of various clients statements, management business monitoring preparing the Audit pack and handling the Audit queries, attending calls with partners

8. Preparation for Board pack and minutes

9. Work on process improvements and effective work allocation within team

10. Responsible for ensuring all the controls are in place

11. Preparation of XBRL for submission on companies house

12. Handling day to day queries of clients and operation

Administration responsibilities:-

1. Handle team of 3 people (Entity owners)

2. Review and provide guidance to sub ordinate

3. Should possess the ability to deal with various stakeholders including external

4. Call with clients for feedback on reports and action on corrective measures

5. Train and motivate the team members auditors.

Qualification and other requisite :-

1. Must be a chartered accountant or ACCA qualified with 2-3 yrs. of post qualification experience with exposure to consolidation and accounting.

2. Must be fluent in English

3. Location: Noida (Delhi/NCR)

4. Shift timings: 1 PM to 10 PM (strictly UK shifts)
