The primary purpose of the job is to prepare an IFRS based financials statement of various clients and support to respective team on compliance issues. The person will be responsible for the compliance of clients a. The Associate is expected to be familiar with IFRS and UK GAAP.
Responsible - To lead the day-to-day operations of multiple engagements and are involved with regulatory and accounting issues that arise during the audit engagement. The person will be responsible for the supervision of staff and management of services to clients. Have deep technical experience and are expected to develop in-depth knowledge in a given industry/service line.
Job Responsibilities
As an Audit professional you will be responsible to:
- Preparation of annual financials as per IFRS and UK GAAP
- Liaising with Auditors and team for timely completion of Audit
- Filings of Accounts to companies house
- Monitor Quality checks of financials completed
- Review quarterly financial information
- Perform analytical review of audit documents
- Identify accounting and auditing issues; perform research to address the issues
- Apply concepts of risk assessment
- Design and perform tests of internal controls
- Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency
- Building of compliance team
Required Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Tax/Audit support.
- Should be able to interpret Act and understand the relevance of documents.
- Good Communication and Leadership qualities preferred.
Qualification & other requisite
- The candidate must be a qualified CA professional.
- Good knowledge of auditing techniques (including risk assessment, audit scoping, devising audit approach, controls testing, substantive testing).
- Should have good experience in service Industry in multi-client handling.
- Ready to relocate to Noida
- Shift timings: 1330 hours to 2000 hours
