About the team:

Conjoint team is the team which is being setting up in India which is going to provide analytics support to In Bev.

Position : Conjoint Data Analyst

Experience required : 3 to 6 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse data to answer the problem in hand

- Provide continuous support/advice to take informed decisions by analysing the data.

- Conduct periodic analysis on key-business metrics as required to identify and advise on the key areas of concerns.

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis.

- Retail experience will be a plus.

Skills required :

Qualification in order of preference : Statistics, Economics or Operations research

Years of Exp : Min above 3.5 years

- Statistics packages : R, SAS, Python, SQL

- Different Techniques used : SVM - Support Vector Machine, NN - Neural Networks, SEM - Structural Equation Modeling, Random Forest, Decision Trees

Experience : CPG and retail

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation - Proficiency in MS-Office is must.

- Knowledge of SQL/statistics/VBA/Tableau/Advance Excel definite plus!

Education and Experience required :

- Masters from premier institute.

- Experience in retail domain a strong plus
