Role: Conference Producer

Reporting to: Content Head

Job Responsibilities:

- To research topics and conceptualise them into conferences

- To research and invite industry experts as speakers

- Work closely with a steering committee of industry leaders to assist with the topics

- Ensuring formation of advisory board for the properties across the sectors

- Create a relevant, thought provoking and high quality program

- Recruit high quality speakers through various methods of communication

- Work closely with other departments in ensuring the conference meets revenue targets

- Actively research and develop your knowledge of industries you are working in

- To consistently meet and exceed Production activity targets

- To maintain a clean and updated prospect and client database

Skills required:

- A confident, team player who also works on their own initiative

- Thrives in a vibrant, fast moving environment

- Excited by working to and meeting targets set

- An appetite to constantly learn and develop their skills

- Enjoys talking to clients within a commercial and professional environment over the phone and via email

- Ability to pick up knowledge of markets and adapt to different conferences

- Excellent communication as you will be speaking with international business leaders

- A quick thinker who is able to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines

- Great project management skills

- Excellent Team Management Skills
