Compliance :  - Compliance with all provision of RBI NBFC Regulations, PMLA & other applicable Regulations  - Filing of various reports to RBI and other regulatory correspondence(s) with regulators  - Handling all internal, statutory audits or regulatory inspection(s) concerning NBFC compliance  - Monitory of Prudential Norms & Corporate Governance Norms specified by RBI  Secretarial :   - A designated Company Secretary and independently handing all compliance & secretarial function(s) of the NBFC Arm  - Audit/Board Meeting arrangement(s) and independently attending Audit & BMs.  - Compliance with all provision of Companies Act, 2013 & other applicable regulations  - Handle the Secretarial Audit and other audits concerning the activities of the Company  - Maintenance of all compliance, legal and secretarial records of the NBFC  - Filing of all RBI / MCA forms within statutory time period  Legal :  - Review of all documents, forms and agreements concerning NBFC business  - Co-ordinate with Investor Grievance department for handling of any investor complaints from RBI or otherwise  - Making of necessary plaints / vakalatnamas concerning any legal dispute or litigation  Qualification & Role :   - Qualified CS with 5/6 years of experience in Compliance & Secretarial Function of a reputed NBFC  - Independently handling NBFC Compliances and secretarial function.   - Law Qualification would be preferred
