Job Description: Reporting to the Compliance Head, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and directing the corporate legal function

- Selecting, supervising and briefing outside counsel, litigation management and risk management

- Identifying and anticipating potential legal issues & addressing them

- Handling Direct & Indirect taxation related matters

- Being responsible for RBI & FEMA related compliances

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you should be a Company Secretary and a L.L.B. with more than 10 years of post- qualification experience.

- You should have worked in the beverages/alcohol industry and should be open to Hyderabad as a location.
