JD-Compliance Manager  - Functional areas would include, Direct and Indirect taxes, audit, secretarial etc.  - End to end responsibility of completion of Internal, Statutory audit and Tax audits  - Year end financials like Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow as per Indian GAAP  - Perusing the details, preparation of factual/ technical submissions and appearing before Tax authorities during the course of assessment proceedings.  - Develop suggestion for tax planning to maximize returns  - Proactive, systematic and structured identification assessment and mitigation of compliance risk  - Responsible for monitoring and execution of intercompany agreements with reference to intercompany transactions.  - Knowledge of ERP system like Oracle, SAP etc.  - Should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel  - Should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate leadership ability  - Team player, result oriented and self-driven  - Continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement  - Establishes priorities, tasks and work schedules in advance  - CA with 2+ year of experience. Preferably articleship with Big 4 audit firm  Salary Offered : 6-7.5 LPA
