About our Client - Our client is a US based Retail giant, into luxury apparel retail. With store operations in India doing very well, they are currently looking to extend their India Leadership team- adding a Compliance Head to the league. This person will be based out of their HQ in Delhi.

Job Description - Reporting into the Country Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Compliance to internal and external statutory requirements

- Compliances and activities/actions under the Companies Act'

- Interface with government agencies

- Interface with Richemont legal and tax team

The Successful Candidate - You are a - CA + CS with minimum 6-8 years experience.

- with thorough knowledge all the statutory regulations, Companies Act

- in a Retail/FMCG/FMCD giant
