Our client is seeking a Manager - Compliance for their Institutional Equities team

Position: Manager - Compliance

Experience : 4 - 6 years

Qualification: CS - LLB / CA - LLB

Job Profile:

- Understanding international regulations and inetrpreting them , in a manner conducive to increasing business growth, in these geographies.

- Assist Corporate team in obtain regulatory licenses in identified geographies

- To ensure adherence to compliance standards across entities, relevant to that geography .

- To further deepen understanding of international law and compliance.

- Review of regulations across geographies and impact on business

- To help create legal entities in targeted foreign geographies and monitor their compliance adherence for the Institutional equities
