For one of our client, a leading Financial Services House, we are seeking a Manager-Compliance with 4+ yrs of exposure in International law and set up of new registered entities in various geographies like Asia Pac, USA, UK etc.

Position: Manager - Compliance

Experience: 4+ years

Education: CS (mandatory)

Role: Following are the key responsibilities and activities to be carried out

- Review of regulations across geographies and impact on business

- Manage the compliance of laws across multiple geographies

- Create awareness of local laws to business teams traveling to the jurisdictions

- Assist Corporate team in obtain regulatory licenses in identified geographies

- Client KYC as per regulations

- Co-ordinate regular filings with the respective regulators

- Liase with business teams to ensure compliance

- Liason with local lawyers / accountants / Consultants for smooth operations of overseas subsidiaries

- Monitor adherence to written supervisory procedures
