One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Compliance & Controls Manager  Location: Gurgaon  Basic Job Purpose:  - Conducting periodic reviews pertaining to: AML, Vendors, Premise Sweeps, Internal -Processes etc to ensure adherence to process / policy norms  - Conduct periodic self assessments such as MCA, tracking of KRIs, Issues & CAPS and reporting any red breaches / areas of concern  - Ensure credit acceptance and disbursal process adheres to all credit and regulatory guidelines. Promptly conduct gap analysis for any new regulatory guidelines.  - Ensure all corrective action is taken strictly within prescribed deadlines which includes  - Timely Escalation: To keep the compliance Head informed on an ongoing basis of the quality of controls & compliance in the business unit.  - New Products /Businesses: Provide guidance and consultation for any new product launches / changes in existing product lines etc keeping the regulatory and compliance framework in mind  - Ensure timely closure of all outstanding compliance and control issues.  - Assist & facilitate in internal and external (including regulatory) reviews  - Interfacing with frontline managers and liaising with other units for various activities and implementations.
